While we’ve still been catching up to the fact that we hit the £500 goal (seriously – thank you – again), more donations have been coming in meaning we’re currently topped up to £699!! It’s the perfect time to give everyone another few reasons to contribute, for people to get the most out of this project; so…

If we hit £800, we will… 

• Enter every backer into a raffle to win a body-confident photoshoot with James Pearson (see James’ work here).
• It will be held at Skipton Woods once we have got through the current public health situation. Take the tour here
• It can be passed onto a person of your choice if it’s not something you want to do.
• I did this with James myself and found it to be a great activity to discover an alternative way of thinking about yourself. You can read more about my experience on the website here

As this will only be a reward for one person, we will also be including a pack of sunflower seeds to every reward bundle that is being sent in the post. You may have noticed the sunflower theme and logo that has been included throughout this project; so, alongside the seeds, the package will include an explanation behind the logo and instructions on how to nurture your sunflowers. When your sunflower is grown, please send a photo to resilienceofbeing@gmail.com to be included on a hopefully up-and-coming ‘Greenhouse’ page on the website.

If we hit £1,000, we will…

• Send every backer a Resilience of Being Poster – even if you haven’t purchased any of the other physical awards.
• You will also get the sunflower package with this, as these are being sent to all backers.

If we hit £1,250, we will…

• Add a second poster: How to Kick Self-Destruction in the Ass. This poster features 5 tips on ways to destroy a negative mind-set and work towards loving yourself – all the while being aesthetically pleasing.

If we hit £1,500…

• For every order of the print book through our Kickstarter, we will also donate the book to a school or library of your choice.

If we hit £1,750, we will…

• Add a third poster – and you will choose the design! It will include a quote from a story in the anthology, and if we get there, you’ll be able to vote for your choice.

We are already planning all the extra bits and pieces we could do with this funding to make this project even better. With 12 days left and these new rewards, now is the best time to donate and help us reach these goals! If you have already donated – THANK YOU!
