Calling all artists!

This is an invitation to submit your artwork for the front cover of The Resilience of Being anthology!

Deadline: 1^st June 2020

There will be a £50 prize for the winner.

About the anthology:

The Resilience of Being is a print and online anthology that has collected people’s stories and experiences with their body image; from the damaging to the revolutionary. This collection aims to share stories that will empower readers, reminding people that a self-destructive approach to your body doesn’t have to be the default. How to enter:

• Email a digital copy of your piece to resilienceofbeing@gmail.com in JPEG format.
• Include a little about yourself and your work.
• Include a little on why you wanted to design a piece for this project.

Guidelines:

• We are looking for a piece that embodies body neutrality and self-love.
• Artwork should not have been previously published.
• Entries must be your own work; if you have used another artist’s artwork, tuition or photograph as your inspiration, please ensure you have gained the appropriate authorisation to publish the image.
• Any artwork put forward should be portrait rather than landscape format, appropriate for print and online publication, no less than 300 dpi.
